Burgy's Tomato – Zucchini – Salad

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 10 m.-sized tomatoes
  • 2 small zucchini
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 1 tbsp herbs, dried
  • some salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 30 minutes

Wash and slice the tomatoes, then place them in a bowl. Wash and slice the zucchini, then add them to the tomatoes. Finely dice the onion and add it to the tomatoes. Add the herbs, salt, pepper, and oil. Mix everything well and refrigerate for about 2 hours. A slice of black bread with cream cheese is a delicacy with this salad.
