Strawberry shake with yogurt

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 cups of yogurt, 0.1% fat
  • 500 g strawberries
  • Sweetener, liquid

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Clean the strawberries under running water. Pat them dry with a kitchen towel and trim off the green ends. Place them in a blender with the yogurt and add a few drops of calorie-free liquid sweetener. Blend until liquefied. Then refrigerate in a container until ready to use.
