Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g strawberries
- 2 cups ground elder, young
- 2 sprigs of mint
- 250 ml soy milk (soy drink)
- 100 ml soy yogurt (yogurt alternative)
- 1 banana(s), frozen

Strawberry, banana, ground elder, mint, soy milk, soy yogurt
First, blend the ground elder and mint with the soy milk in a blender, then add the strawberries, yogurt, and banana. Frozen banana slices keep the drink nice and cool, and freezing them also reduces the banana flavor. This also works with frozen strawberries; you can add the banana as is.
