Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 shot of milk
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp chives, dried
  • e.g. cream cheese
  • 4 slices of turkey breast
  • 4 slices of cheese
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

for 2 egg wraps

Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and dried chives. Melt coconut oil in a small pan and fry the egg omelets. Let cool briefly and spread with cream cheese. Then top with two slices each of lettuce leaves, cheese, and turkey breast, roll up, and serve.
