Farmer's pot with minced meat

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g potatoes
  • 250 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 200 ml water
  • 5 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 1 cube of meat broth
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Peel the potatoes and dice them. Meanwhile, brown the ground beef in a pan and chop it up. Wash a bell pepper and dice it as well. Add the potatoes and bell pepper to the ground beef. Deglaze everything with water and add the ketchup and stock. Finally, season to taste and simmer for about 20-30 minutes. For two servings, one serving has 504 kcal.
