Green spelt cream soup

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 4 tbsp soup vegetables, finely chopped
  • 400 ml water
  • 2 tsp vegetable broth
  • 3 tbsp green spelt, ground
  • 50 ml cream
  • Salt
  • nutmeg
  • Fat

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Dice the onion and fry in a little fat. Add the finely chopped vegetables and deglaze with water. Season with stock, salt, and nutmeg and bring to a boil. Whisk in the spelt flour and add the cream. Simmer for about 5 minutes.
