- 1 avocado(s)
- 1 can of tuna, natural
- salt and pepper
- ½ bunch chives, chopped
- Cherry tomatoes (10-15)
- Chips (tortilla chips)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Peel the avocado and puree it with the drained tuna. Stir in salt, pepper, and chives. Cut off the tops of the cherry tomatoes (set aside) and hollow out the tomatoes. Sprinkle the insides with salt and pepper and place the tomatoes upside down on a plate so the juices can drain. Fill the tomatoes with the cream, then loosely place the tops back on top. Serve with tortilla chips and the remaining cream.
