Ham noodles with herbs

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g tagliatelle, green
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 200 g mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 200 g ham, cooked
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • 1 bunch of dill
  • 200 g crème fraîche
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Paprika powder, sweet

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Cook the pasta. Meanwhile, peel and finely dice the onions, and sauté them in the oil in a heated, non-stick pan. Trim and slice the mushrooms, add them, and sauté for a few minutes. Cut the ham into small strips and add it to the pan. Peel, press, and add the garlic. Finally, add the crème fraîche, lemon juice, chopped herbs, and spices to the mixture and heat briefly. Drain the pasta, toss with the contents of the pan, and serve.
