Avocado and salmon salad

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 2 avocados
  • 150 g smoked salmon
  • 1 onion(s), red
  • ½ lemon(s)
  • 1 tbsp, heaped crème fraîche
  • 1 handful of chives
  • 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Dice the avocados. Finely dice the onion. Cut the salmon into small strips. Finely chop the chives. Gently mix all ingredients with the juice of half a lemon and the crème fraîche, and season with salt and pepper. Tastes wonderful as a spread on bread or simply as a salad.
