Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 egg(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • n. B. spice(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 4 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 7 minutes

For all variations: Bring water to a boil and then remove from the heat. Variation 1: Crack the egg into a bowl and carefully drop it into the pot. Remove it with a ladle after three minutes, season, and enjoy. Variation 2: Crack the egg into a bowl and use a (wooden) spoon to create a whirlpool in the pot. Drop the egg into the center, remove it with a ladle after three minutes, season, and enjoy. Variation 3: Loosely spread cling film over a bowl and brush with a little oil. Pour the egg onto the film and season. Then tie a parcel out of the cling film and place it in the hot water for three minutes. Here’s a tip for all variations: The egg is ready when it feels like mozzarella.
