Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g quark
  • 10 tbsp oil
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 8 tbsp milk
  • 400 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

e.g. for rolls and pretzels

Mix all ingredients together and shape the dough as desired. This recipe is perfect for baking with children. The dough is non-stick and is very quick to prepare. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 175°C.
