Cauliflower gratin

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • salt water
  • 350 g minced beef
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Salt and pepper from the mill
  • 3 spring onions
  • 3 tbsp tomato paste
  • 200 ml broth
  • 200 g cheese (raclette cheese)
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

with raclette cheese and minced beef

Clean the cauliflower, divide it into florets, and cook in boiling salted water until al dente. Brown the minced meat in oil, season with salt and pepper. Clean the spring onions and slice them into rings, add them to the meat, and sauté. Add the tomato paste to the minced meat, sauté briefly, and deglaze with the stock. Season the sauce with salt and cayenne pepper. Cut the cheese into strips. Place the minced meat in a baking dish, spread the cauliflower on top, and top with cheese. Bake on the second shelf from the bottom for about 6 minutes at 200°C.
