Oven-baked salmon, quick and easy meal

Thaw the salmon, season with salt and pepper, and place it in aluminum foil, but do not wrap it yet. Mix a marinade of honey, mustard, dill, and olive oil and pour it over the fish. Secure the aluminum foil and let the salmon stand for 2 hours. Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat) and cook the fish for 10 minutes. While still hot, place it on a plate, pour the remaining marinade from the foil over the fish, and enjoy. Serve with potato salad. Note: For thin fillets, 10 minutes is sufficient. For thicker fillets, cook for 20 minutes if you like the fish cooked through.
