Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 can of tuna

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Preheat the oven to 150°C. Crack the eggs and whisk them in a bowl. Drain the tuna and add it to the eggs. Mix until smooth. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 150°C for about 10 minutes. Then top with your favorite toppings and return to the oven for about 10 minutes.
