Fish fillet from the oven

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 fish fillets (e.g. cod or redfish)
  • salt and pepper
  • Mustard (unusual varieties invite you to experiment, e.g. tarragon mustard, mustard provencale with garlic
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 2 packs of mozzarella
  • possibly garlic
  • possibly basil
  • Herb butter for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Grease a baking dish with herb butter. Brush the fish fillets with mustard and pepper. Place the fillets in the dish. Slice the tomatoes and mozzarella and arrange them on top of the fish (with the cheese on top). Season with salt and pepper. Tip: If you like, add a crushed garlic clove to the cheese and vegetables. Place the dish in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) and cook the fish for 30 minutes. Sprinkle the dish with fresh basil before serving. Baguette is delicious with it.
