Salmon on asparagus

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 500 g asparagus, white
  • 1 lemon(s), slices and juice
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • e.g. basil, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Wash, peel, and slice the asparagus. Boil for 7 minutes. Drain and let it drain. Preheat oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Toss the asparagus with lemon juice, oil, sugar, salt, pepper, and fresh basil. Arrange two sheets of baking paper on top and spread the asparagus on them. Wash the salmon, pat dry, season with salt and pepper, and place it on top of the asparagus. Arrange the lemon slices on top. Seal the package and bake in the hot oven for about 15 minutes. Serve with a baguette.
