Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 400 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 50 g breadcrumbs or panko
- 2 tsp oregano, chopped
- 1 tsp thyme, chopped
- 1 clove(s) garlic, finely chopped

Preheat the oven to 200°C. In an ovenproof dish, toss the tomatoes with 1/2 teaspoon of oil, the salt, and half the pepper, and arrange in a single layer. In a small bowl, mix the panko, oregano, thyme, and garlic with the remaining oil and pepper. Knead everything well with your fingers. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the tomatoes and bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, until the crumbs turn golden brown and the tomatoes start to juice. Now serve.
