Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 250 g couscous
- 50 g sheep’s cheese
- 1 m.-large bell pepper(s), red
- 1 m.-large bell pepper(s), yellow
- 8 radishes
- 4 tbsp crème fraîche
- 1 small bunch of chives
- 1 small bunch of flat-leaf parsley
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Prepare the couscous according to the package instructions and let it cool. Chop or dice the cheese, bell peppers, radishes, chives, and parsley. The size can be adjusted to your liking. I personally chop everything as finely as possible. Mix the ingredients with crème fraîche, season with salt and pepper to taste, and let it sit for a while. The salad tastes best when refrigerated overnight.
