Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g pasta, cooked in salted water
- 100 g cucumber(s), cut into thin pieces
- 100 g bell pepper(s), cut into strips, color doesn’t matter
- 1 bunch of spring onions, cut into rings
- 1 pack of sheep’s cheese
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 6 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ bunch chives, cut into rolls
- Salt
- Cayenne pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
with vinegar and oil dressing
Combine the first five ingredients in a bowl. Make a dressing from the following ingredients and mix with the remaining ingredients. Then let the salad marinate for a few hours.
