Pasta salad with feta cheese

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g pasta, cooked in salted water
  • 100 g cucumber(s), cut into thin pieces
  • 100 g bell pepper(s), cut into strips, color doesn’t matter
  • 1 bunch of spring onions, cut into rings
  • 1 pack of sheep’s cheese
  • 3 tbsp vinegar
  • 6 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ bunch chives, cut into rolls
  • Salt
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

with vinegar and oil dressing

Combine the first five ingredients in a bowl. Make a dressing from the following ingredients and mix with the remaining ingredients. Then let the salad marinate for a few hours.
