Salmon dip with Philadelphia

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pack of cream cheese, natural (e.g. Philadelphia)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 pack of frozen dill
  • 2 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 1 jar salmon substitute (smoked pollock schnitzel)
  • pepper
  • 2 tbsp sour cream or crème fraîche

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Chop the onion. Mash the eggs with a fork. Chop the salmon schnitzel into small pieces. Then mix everything together. Salt is not necessary.
