Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1,000 g potatoes, peeled, washed, sliced
- salt and pepper
- 3 onions
- 200 g bacon, streaky, in cubes
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Layer the potato slices on a greased baking sheet, season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle the diced onions and bacon over the potatoes and roast in the oven at 225°C until browned, about 45 minutes.
