Helps with respiratory diseases and relieves persistent coughs.

Bring 250 ml of water to a rolling boil. Tie a few thyme sprigs into a small bunch and hang them in a large mug. Pour the boiling water over them, cover, and let steep for 10 minutes. Then remove the thyme bundle and filter the tea through a fine sieve into a teacup. Only then stir in 1 teaspoon of honey. Drink the tea slowly and in small sips. Drink several cups throughout the day as needed, and another cup in the evening before bed. Try it – you’ll immediately feel how good this tea is for you.
