- 50 g coconut flour
- ½ pack of baking powder
- 2 tsp rosemary, dried
- 1 tsp garlic, dried
- ½ tsp onion(s), dried
- ¼ tsp salt
- 110 g butter
- 9 large eggs

Low-carb
Sift the coconut flour with the baking powder. Combine all dry ingredients (coconut flour, baking powder, rosemary, garlic, onion, salt). Melt the butter in the microwave. Beat the eggs until bubbles form on the surface. Slowly stir in the butter first, then the dry ingredients. Pour the batter into a prepared pan (e.g., a 20 cm king cake pan or 6 muffin cups). Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for approximately 50 minutes (actual time depends on the oven and pan). Let rest for another 10 minutes before removing the bread from the pan. Slice and enjoy. Net carbs: 1.5g per serving.
