- 1 tbsp double cream cheese
- ½ tsp baking powder

- 100 g Gouda, grated

Separate the eggs. Beat the egg whites until stiff. Whisk the egg yolks with the cream cheese, baking powder, and spices until smooth. Carefully fold the egg whites into the egg yolk mixture. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a tablespoon, divide the mixture evenly onto the sheet. This will yield approximately 12 rolls. Sprinkle each roll with grated cheese and bake in a preheated oven at approximately 150°C for 15-20 minutes. Let cool in the oven.
