Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 4 eggs
- 100 g flour
- 125 ml milk
- Butter for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Separate the eggs, mix the egg yolks with the flour and milk. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold in. Pour the batter into a greased casserole dish and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes. The casserole tastes especially good when sprinkled with sesame seeds. Serve with compote.
