Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 8 tbsp mustard, hot
- 4 tbsp honey
- 2 tsp curry
- 1 tsp sea salt, coarse
- 1 clove(s) garlic, pressed
- ½ tsp lemon zest, untreated, grated
- 1 tsp chili, pul biber
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 shot of water, little
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
for grilled meat or fish
Mix all ingredients thoroughly, ideally with a small whisk. This marinade pairs well with meat (beef, pork, poultry) and fish. Let the marinated meat/fish marinate for at least 1 hour before grilling (longer is better), turning it occasionally. The longer it marinates, the better it will taste. This will yield approximately 250 ml of marinade. This is enough for 2-3 pieces of meat or fish (depending on the size).
