Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 carrots
  • 1 apple
  • 1 tbsp oil (sunflower oil)
  • Lemon(s), juice
  • 1 tsp honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Preparation: Peel the carrots and apple and grate them. Combine the oil, lemon juice, and honey and pour it over the carrot and apple mixture.
