Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g mozzarella (regular or buffalo mozzarella)
- 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar Bianco
- 1 lemon(s), untreated
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes
Marinated mozzarella – ideal as part of an antipasti platter
Cut the mozzarella into 1 x 1cm cubes. Combine the balsamic vinegar and oil, add a little lemon zest and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. Mix everything well. Chop the parsley and add it as well. Season with salt and pepper. Marinate the mozzarella in the mixture for at least 1 hour. Remove from the refrigerator about 15 minutes before serving, for best flavor.
