Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 can of tuna, in its own juice
  • 250 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • Salt
  • dill
  • pepper
  • possibly lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Finely chop the onion, drain the tuna, puree everything together, and season to taste. If you like, you can also use regular quark! However, this tastes really delicious with low-fat quark.
