Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 70 g rice (parboiled)
  • 140 ml water, salted
  • 250 g strawberries
  • some lemon juice
  • some balsamic vinegar
  • some basil
  • salt and pepper
  • Thyme

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook rice. Wash and chop the strawberries, then mix. Season with herbs and spices.
