Emmental summer salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • ½ cucumber(s)
  • 250 g cheese (Emmental)
  • 100g salami
  • 100 g ham, cooked
  • 6 tbsp oil (salad oil)
  • 2 tbsp vinegar (herb vinegar)
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 1 tsp dill

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash the cucumber and slice it thinly. Cut the cheese, salami, and ham into strips. Mix with the cucumber slices. Mix together the salad oil, herb vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper, dill, and sugar. Pour over the salad ingredients, mix, and let stand, covered, for 30 minutes. Season to taste.
