Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 360 g chicken breast fillet(s), diced
  • 1 onion(s), finely chopped
  • 225 g carrot(s), diced
  • 225 g cauliflower florets
  • 2 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 900 ml chicken broth
  • 2 tsp herbs of your choice, ground, dried
  • 120 g shell pasta or croissant pasta
  • salt and pepper
  • 30 g Parmesan, if you like

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Brown the chicken and vegetables in hot oil in a pan. Stir in the broth and herbs, bring to a boil, and add the pasta. Bring to a boil, then simmer covered for 10 minutes. Finally, season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, if desired. Serve with bread, but don’t include it.
