Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 cups flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • Milk
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 4 eggs

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Basic recipe, very tasty, many variations possible, for one tray

Combine all ingredients except the milk in a bowl. Using a hand mixer, add the milk and mix until a soft, runny batter forms, using the amount of milk as needed. Line a baking sheet with baking paper or aluminum foil, spread the batter evenly, and top with fruit or jam as desired. Preheat oven to approximately 180°C and bake for approximately 45-60 minutes. Additional tip: Alternate the batter with baking flavoring, cocoa, or rum.
