delicious-spicy

Grate the cheese directly into a bowl and add the Sbrinz. Add the garlic, egg, flour, herbs, and wine, mix, and season the cheese mixture. Place the bread slices on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and drizzle each with 1/2 tablespoon of wine. Spread the cheese mixture on the bread slices and smooth the surface. Bake for about 15 minutes in the center of an oven preheated to 200°C (400°F). Serve hot with leaf salad. Tip: The bread slices can be cut into cubes of about 3 x 3 cm from the start, then spread with the cheese mixture and bake. This makes a delicious party snack. Alternatively, you can also quarter the bread.
