Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 m.-large zucchini
- 8 mushrooms
- 200 g herb cream cheese
- 2 clove(s) garlic, squeezed
- 2 small onions, diced
- salt and pepper

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
EW meal for dinner, with mushrooms and cream cheese
Hollow out the zucchini, leaving a 3 mm edge. Finely dice the mushrooms, the zucchini core, and the onion. Crush the garlic and mix everything with the cream cheese. Fill the mixture into the hollowed-out zucchini and place it in a baking dish in a cold oven. Bake at 200°C for about 25 minutes.
