Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 tbsp clarified butter
- 4 steaks (of your choice)
- 4 cl brandy
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp pepper (corns), green, pickled, with broth
- 250 ml cream
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Fry the steaks in hot clarified butter as desired. Set aside in aluminum foil and keep warm. Deglaze the pan with brandy and stir in tomato paste. Add the cream and peppercorns. Let the mixture simmer for a while. Season with salt and pepper.
