  • 350 g minced meat
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Mustard
  • Tomato(s), onions, cucumber and bacon, optional

Instructions

Working time approx. 3 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 13 minutes

Almost no-carb. Simple and filling!

Fry the grilled cheese for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Set aside and pat off some of the fat with a paper towel. Season the ground beef with salt, pepper, a little paprika, and mustard, and form it into a patty. Fry in a pan until browned on both sides. Then use the grilled cheese as a bun, sandwiching the patty between the buns. If desired, add tomato slices, cucumbers, some bacon, and onions. It’s definitely filling and completely low-carb!
