  • 15 g almonds

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Low-carb, replacement for a whole meal

I designed this shake to be definitely filling and provide a varied diet. The amount is perfectly sufficient for a hungry man. If you tend to eat smaller portions, reduce the amounts overall. This shake will truly fill you up. Preparation: Blend the almonds and walnuts together in a blender (e.g., Thermomix speed 10) until flour is obtained. Add the protein powder and sesame seeds and mix once. Add the cream cheese and mix at medium speed. Add the milk and continue mixing at about 3/4 speed until it becomes slightly frothy. Pour into a shaker and shake vigorously again. Then drink. Tips: – The shake doesn’t taste very sweet. In the summer, add a few strawberries if it’s well chilled. – A bit odd, but doable: If you want even less fat and calories, you can swap the 1.5% milk for water. Some people find it “smarter” when chilled. – Those who are physically active can also opt for 3.5 litre milk.
