- 9 g chia seeds
- 200 ml soy milk (soy drink), alternatively any other milk
- 125 g low-fat curd cheese
- 1 tsp baking cocoa
- 1 pinch of cinnamon

Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes
With chia seeds, low carb, low fat, suitable for SIS
Briefly beat the chia seeds into the milk with a mixer. Now add the sweetener. Then refrigerate for 2 hours. After 2 hours, stir in the quark and season with cocoa powder and cinnamon. Fat 7.3 grams, Carbohydrates 6.0 grams, Protein 21.3 grams
