Curd cream – dessert with egg liqueur and peaches

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g quark (cottage cheese)
  • 200 ml whipped cream
  • 80 g powdered sugar
  • 60 ml egg liqueur
  • 1 can peach(s), in wedges (medium size)
  • eggnog

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Whip the cream until stiff, then mix with the curd cheese, sugar, and egg liqueur. Ladle the cream and peaches into glasses, alternating them with the cream, top with the cream, make small indentations, and pour a little egg liqueur over the top.
