Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 30 g cashew nuts
- 240 ml water
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp lemon juice

Perfect for pizza, lasagna, casseroles & co
Finely grind the cashews and blend with the remaining ingredients in a blender until smooth. Transfer to a small saucepan, bring to a boil, and simmer over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens. Continue stirring until a thick cream forms. Remove from heat and pour over pizza, lasagna, casseroles, or other oven-baked dishes.
