Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 honeydew melon(s)
- 1 bowl of raspberries
- 1 cup of yogurt
- n. B. Honey
- some lemon juice
- some mint
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
refreshing in summer
Halve the honeydew melon, scoop out the flesh, and use it as a bowl. Blend a few raspberries with the melon flesh, a cup of yogurt, honey, and lemon juice, then fill the melon bowl and garnish with mint leaves.
