Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 6 large mushrooms
- 100 g smoked bacon
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 cup Emmental or Gouda, grated
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
filled with bacon, garlic, etc.
Wash the mushrooms. Remove the stems and finely chop. Dice the bacon and fry. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic clove, and mix everything together with the grated cheese and the chopped mushroom stems. Season with salt and pepper, then add to the mushroom caps. Wrap the stuffed mushrooms in aluminum foil and cook on the hot grill for about 10-15 minutes. This also works in the oven.
