Stuffed mushrooms are always a good choice for BBQs

Heat the coals in a chimney starter until thoroughly glowing. Place the mushrooms on a clean surface, split them in half, and scoop out about half of the inside using a spoon or similar tool to scoop out the insides. Finely chop the parsley and onion and mix with the cream cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Stuff each mushroom half with the filling. Place two slices of ham per mushroom on a surface and roll each filled half into the filling. Place all the mushrooms on the grill and grill over direct heat until crispy on all sides.
