Pasta with seafood

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 6 spring onions
  • 2 garlic cloves, squeezed
  • 400 g diced tomatoes
  • 400 g seafood (frozen)
  • 400g spaghetti
  • Water (salt water)
  • Salt and pepper, white
  • 1 pinch of chili powder
  • 2 tsp parsley, chopped
  • possibly chili pepper(s), red, fresh

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

WW – suitable (filling for 5.5 people)

Cook the spaghetti in salted water. Lightly coat a nonstick pan with olive oil. Sauté the spring onions and garlic for 2-3 minutes, add the tomatoes, and simmer for 5 minutes. Rinse the seafood and add it to the tomatoes, drained. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Pour the sauce over the pasta and stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with parsley and serve. Tip: For extra flavor, add a few rings of fresh red chili to the spring onions while frying.
