Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 150 g tagliatelle, dry
  • 600 g cocktail tomatoes
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 100 ml vegetable stock
  • 2 tsp basil
  • 2 tsp thyme
  • 150 g cream cheese (light)
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Something light for a quick snack. Cook the pasta in salted water. Peel the onion and dice it very finely. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan, add the onions, and fry. Add the cherry tomatoes and bring to a boil with the vegetable stock for about 5 minutes. Stir in the cream cheese and herbs. Season well. Finally, stir in the tagliatelle.
