Spaghetti with salt and oil

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g spaghetti without egg
  • 5 chili peppers, fresh
  • 5 garlic cloves, fresh
  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Pasta, vegetarian, vegan

Cook the spaghetti in salted water according to the package instructions, then drain. Finely chop the garlic and chili peppers (be careful, only handle the chili peppers with gloves). Add them to a pan with a pinch of salt and the oil and heat briefly. Then add the whole cherry tomatoes to the pan and heat until they slowly burst. Mix everything with the cooked spaghetti and enjoy.
