Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g mixed leaf salad, e.g. iceberg lettuce, Lollo Rosso, chicory
  • 5 cherry tomatoes
  • 5 mozzarella, mini
  • 5 olives, black
  • 5 artichoke hearts, marinated in oil
  • 1 egg(s), boiled
  • 1 slice(s) cheese, with tomato and basil
  • 1 carrot(s)
  • 3 tbsp dressing, French

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

High in protein, also suitable for vegetarians, especially delicious as a post-workout dinner.

Wash and trim the lettuce, spin dry, and tear into bite-sized pieces. Wash and dry the cherry tomatoes, then halve them, along with the mini mozzarella and black olives. Drain the artichoke hearts, pat dry with kitchen paper if necessary. Halve larger pieces to taste. Peel the boiled egg and cut into eighths. Crumble the semi-hard cheese. Wash, dry, and finely grate the carrot. Mix all ingredients with the salad dressing and enjoy.
