Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 1 head of iceberg lettuce
  • 2 cans of corn
  • 2 small cans of kidney beans
  • 2 bunch of spring onions
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 bottle of chili sauce
  • 8 tbsp vinegar
  • 100 ml oil
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 200 g cheese, grated, (Gouda)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

with iceberg lettuce

Chop the iceberg lettuce. Drain the kidney beans and corn in a colander. Dice the onion. Slice the spring onions into rings. Combine all ingredients in a large salad bowl. For the dressing, combine the chili sauce, vinegar, oil, and sugar and season with salt and pepper. Toss with the salad.
