Mix all ingredients together and spread on a baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C (top/bottom heat) for 1 to 1.5 hours, stirring thoroughly every now and then (I do this about every 15 minutes). The mixture will become nice and crumbly. Let the muesli cool and add the raisins. Stored in an airtight container, it will keep for weeks. Served with Swedish milk, sour cream, yogurt, or a cream-and-water mixture, a banana, or a crumbly apple, it will keep you full for a long time. It’s also a great snack when crunched dry. You can replace the raisins with dried fruit like figs, prunes, or apricots, or even omit them altogether.
